Belper street named amongst 250 most expensive in UK

A report by the Lloyds Banking Group has named a Duffield Street amongst the 250 most expensive streets in the UK.
Lloyds found that Hazlewood Road, which runs from Duffield and behind the Chevin golf course had an average price of £790,000 between 2007 and 2011 and placed it the 210th most expensive street to buy a property in the UK.
In the East Midlands as a whole the most expensive street was in West Bridgford Nottinghamshire at an average of £823,000 with Golf Lane in Northampton averaging £795,000 and Swithland Lane in Leicester coming in at an average of £675,000
Nationally, the most expensive street was in Campden Hill Square in Kensington and Chelsea where the average house price came in at £4,863,000.
