Belper band Riptide through to Live and Unsigned regional final

Belper indie rockers Riptide has made it through to the Regional Final stage of the Live and Unsigned competition at Pride Park Derby on April the 14th.

The band released an EP in January, raising £455 with a gig at Belper's Queens Head Pub for the Teenage Cancer Trust and they have a new video out for their track "This could be the One", the inspiration from the video comes from band members Dan and James cycle challenge for Macmillian support from Land's End to John O'Groats which you can sponsor here by visiting Justgiving

If they win the Regional final the band will go on to the Grand Final at Live Fest at the O2 in London where they will compete for a main prize which includes £10,000 to be spent on their development, £10,000 publicity investement, gigs at festival abroad and a UK tour of 100 shows and UK festival tour.
