If you live in Belper, make time to visit the Chatsworth Country Fair; it really has something for everyone. This year, the annual three day event is packed with things to see and do for the whole family including parachute and falconry displays, vintage vehicles, terrier racing, sheep dog trials and even The Red Arrows.

There will be over three hundred trade and craft stands and you can even try your hand at traditional country pursuits such as clay pigeon shooting. There will be a packed programme of events in the ring including scurry driving, gun dog team tests and highland dancing. Taste, try and buy delicious treats in the Fine Food Village and be inspired by cookery demonstrations from celebrity chefs Lesley Waters, Rachel Green and James Martin. There's a different programme of events for each day so check the Chatsworth Country Fair website for more information.

This year's Chatsworth Country Fair takes place on Friday 30th August, Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September.

Gates open at 9.00am each day, the programme of events starts at 10.30am and the closing ceremony is at about 6.30pm.

Tickets cost £20 for adults and children under 14 can get in for free.
