Nominate your Community Champions

Belper Neighbourhood Watch schemes are celebrating National Neighbourhood and Home Watch Week by holding their Annual Awards Night on Thursday 21st June 2012 from 7.30pm at Belper Town Football Club.

As well as giving awards for Neighbourhood Watch schemes and coordinators, they have two new awards this year - a Young Person of the Year Award and a Community Champion Award - aimed at people who have worked as volunteers or achieved goals for the better of their community. We are inviting the people of Belper and surrounding area to nominate people in the community who make a real difference to others.
