    A 42-YEAR-OLD man has been given a suspended jail sentence for assaulting a woman. Jonathan Moore, of Far Laund, Belper, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm after an attack on Boxing Day last year. Derby Crown Court heard that the assault happened after the pair argued.
