    A FIGHTBACK against fraud is being launched in Derbyshire. The county council is asking people to hand in any scam letters, hoax leaflets or dodgy flyers at any of its libraries.     A MENTAL health treatment centre is set to move. The Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service will move from Unity Mill, in Belper, to the Ilkeston Resource Centre, in Heanor Road, Ilkeston, on Friday. Services at Unity Mill will end at noon on Friday and start operating from their new home at noon on Monday.
